1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777pup website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at 777pup.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the 777pup Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 777pup wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 777pup subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777pup Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777pup Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. 777pup reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility

To register and use the 777pup Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

777pup reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the 777pup Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your 777pup Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.
• Not register on behalf of another person.

777pup reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pup Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You agree to notify 777pup immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 777pup will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

777pup employs SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to protect your Account. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA in your Account settings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

777pup accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 777pup does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposit processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your 777pup Account. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID.

777pup processes withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals typically clear within 5 minutes; PayMaya within 15 minutes; bank transfers within standard banking hours. 777pup reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the 777pup Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

7. Bonuses & Promotions

777pup offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• 777pup reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 777pup reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777pup Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on the 777pup Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or dealers.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777pup Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game content, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 777pup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 777pup Platform without prior written consent from 777pup.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

777pup's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777pup does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy

777pup collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777pup complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

13. Amendments

777pup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777pup will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14. Termination

777pup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, if it determines at its sole discretion that a player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Attempted to manipulate games or exploit technical errors;
• Abused the bonus system or engaged in coordinated wagering;
• Become subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction.

You may close your 777pup Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal holds.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 777pup's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. PAGCOR's regulatory authority over licensed gaming operators in the Philippines is expressly acknowledged.
